Daniel W. Nagala - President & CEO

Mr. Nagala is President and Chief
Executive Officer of UTSI International
Corporation, and is one of its original
founders. Mr. Nagala's responsibilities
include general corporate management
functions, as well as active
participation in SCADA and leak
detection consulting projects.
Prior to founding UTSI in 1985, Mr.
Nagala was the Director of Software
Research and Development at Control
Applications, Inc. (now owned by Telvent
GIT, S.A.). Over the past
thirty-two (32) years, Mr. Nagala has
acted as consultant, project manager,
and technical leader on numerous large
and small pipeline control system
projects worldwide. His expertise
includes liquid and gas pipeline SCADA
systems, real-time data communication
systems, control system architecture,
and advanced application technology
including real-time modeling and leak
detection. Mr. Nagala has been
responsible for the design and technical
specification of numerous control system
projects, application software projects,
and product development efforts. He
holds an engineering-based Bachelor of
Science degree in Computer Science
(1976) from
Northern Arizona University,
Flagstaff, Arizona.
David L. Rossmann, Ph.D. - Executive
Vice President & CFO

Mr. Rossmann is UTSI's Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Rossmann's responsibilities include
the management and execution of all of
the company's administrative and
financial business. Mr. Rossmann
also serves as a
technical advisor to the company's professional
staff as required.
Prior to joining UTSI in May, 1990,
Mr. Rossmann was President of GeoControl
Systems, Inc. in Houston, Texas. He has
more than twenty (20) years of
experience in the real-time control
system industry, and an additional five
(5) years of experience in scientific
programming and computer system
management. Mr. Rossmann holds a Ph.D.
(1978) in Anthropology and Human
Genetics, and an M.A. (1970) in
Anthropology from the
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor,
Michigan. His undergraduate studies were
at St.
Louis University, St. Louis,
Missouri, where he earned an A.B. magna
cum laude (1969) in Anthropology.
Duane P. Clementson - Vice President,
Operations

Mr. Clementson is UTSI's Vice
President of Operations and has been
with UTSI since July 1997. Mr.
Clementson’s responsibilities include
the management and execution of all the
company's consulting, programming, and
support services.
He has more than twenty-seven (27)
years experience implementing and
supporting high-performance software
systems for the SCADA and
telecommunications industries. Mr.
Clementson holds an M.B.A. (1981) from
the
University of St. Thomas, St. Paul,
Minnesota. His undergraduate studies
were at
St. Olaf College, Northfield,
Minnesota, where he earned a B.A. (1976)
in Mathematics. |
